Homestead Produce is a family-owned farm in Bonners Ferry, ID, bringing our North Idaho community back to quality, nutrient-dense food. “Your dietary needs and lifestyle choices matter to us, we’re here to help you eat food you can trust.” We raise mobile pastured hens on organically managed fields and feed them locally milled, GMO-free, corn & soy-free grain, resulting in eggs rich in flavor, vitamins, and minerals. Our produce is grown with the same care, and our farm stand is stocked with additional goods from other trusted local farms. About Homestead Produce Eggs We would love to tell you more about our mobile pastured eggs and management practices, and hopefully, we can provide you with clear answers to your questions so you can feed your family safe, nutritious food.Our eggs here at Homestead Produce, are a continuation of our commitment to getting back to nutrient-dense food. We use a locally milled feed containing peas, barley, alfalfa, camelina meal & organic micro nutients that supplement the organically managed pastures our hens live on. We never feed Corn, Soy or GMO’s. We do not medicate our hens, but rather use natural preventative methods to boost flock immunity. We never use mRNA vaccines. Our focus is providing a complete ration & well managed pastures to raise healthy birds with strong natural immunity. This level of health is accomplished by keeping our hens moving on fresh pastures, giving them lots of space
