Angus beef, all calves are born on our farm, grain fed for 6-7 months while raised on pasture, no added antibiotics or hormones ever used in the raising process, carcass is dry aged at least 17 days, we sell a minimum of one quarter which gets you about 90-100 lb of boneless beef. We also offer 25 lb boxes of ground beef in one pound packs. It is wrapped, labeled and frozen when you pick it up. Orders taken until all animals sold. Beef quarters become available in the spring each year. Get your order in early, because we sell out each year. Boxes of Ground Beef should be available through out the year. Processed in a Georgia Department of AG. inspected meat plant which follows exactly the Federal USDA standards. Dry aged beef.
