Ellijay Trading Company
Ellijay Trading Company is a small-batch coffee roaster tucked into the hills of North Georgia, obsessively crafting fresh-roasted coffee with bold, balanced flavor — one intentional batch at a time. Founded by Matt and Susan (and supervised by four very opinionated rescue dogs), Ellijay Trading is what happens when a passion for quality, craft, and community collides with a serious caffeine habit. Every roast is sourced with care, roasted to order, and made for people who believe a great cup of coffee is worth slowing down for. Whether you find them at the farmers market or online at ellijaytrading.com, you're not just buying coffee — you're supporting a homegrown Gilmer County maker on a delicious mission. Drink Coffee. Pet Dogs. Smile.
