Family owned and operated with a “Cowgirls Touch”! We strive to provide our customers with a consistent all natural beef product which is created by our 100% Angus genetics and our animal husbandry. From conception to your enjoyment, we put our heart and soul into our everyday chores. The foundation bloodlines of our cow herd have won many fed beef contests in the state of Colorado. Our animals get fed a finish ration for average of 120 days. Loyal customers rave about our steaks and roasts. A local establishment in Platteville Colorado, Silver Spur, serves our hamburger on Saturday nights with the choice of having it deep fried! YUM!! This is also where we had a benefit on “Meat in Day” to raise $3,261.00 to St. Nicholas Food Pantry of Platteville.
