About Mountain Man Micro Farms LLC
Mountain Man Micro Farms LLC started in November of 2015. The farm specializes in specialty herbs and microgreens. We currently grows over 30 varieties of these greens that primarily end up as garnishes on the plates of restaurants from Castle Rock to Boulder. We have also partnered with Targeted Aquaponic Growth, a Dallas based non profit, where Andrew McArdle acts as a board member and the Director of Aquaponic Operations. The nonprofit organization is working towards bringing aquaponic systems to developing countries. The most recent project is an aquaponic system that is located in Arua, Uganda.
