We have been operating a cow/Calf business for over 50 years. On our century-old family ranch, resting in the foothills of the Spanish Peaks, all of our beef is hormone free, all natural, humanely-raised and USDA processed. This means that all of our beef is grass-fed and comes with the option to be grain-finished. We started this because we felt that everyone should have access to exceptional high-end meats at affordable, wholesale prices. We became interested in ranching Waygu (Akaushi) beef due to the unmatched taste and the lack of diversity in the cattle industry in Southern Colorado, and surrounding areas. We began our specialty beef program a few years ago, to get it to the point it is now, offering high quality, DNA tested Waygu beef.
