The family has been farming since they first arrived in the United States. Since they started it has been both amazing and challenging; They love seeing the transformation from seed to harvest, but it is also very difficult to grow vegetables. They grow a large variety of vegetables and herbs. Depending on the season you can find beans, beets, bok choy, broccoli, corn, daikon, fennel, carrots, garlic, and more. Their customers are a big influence for what they grow; they get their seeds by saving them from the plant itself to help streamline their operation. They hope that one day their children will be interested in continuing to work on the farm. They sell at five farmers' markets a week, which provide the entire support system for the farm.
