About Mume Farm
Family, owned and operated since 1983, we grow Ume stone fruit (Japanese plum) to craft healthy, artisanal, food products. We also offer seasonal, plant-based, baked pastries made with organic and natural ingredients. Kiyo and I purchased the farm in 2017 and incorporated as an LLC in 2019 committed to carrying on the legacy of the farm to cultivate ume stonefruit and crafting aged Umeboshi, a Japanese traditional food prepared for many centuries this way.
