About Sapience Therapeutic Farms
At Sapience Therapeutic Farms neurodivergent participants learn social engagement, functional communication skills, self-regulation skills, other individualized developmental skills per the needs of our participants through hands on activities from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) utilizing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) on an agricultural setting. We offer our participants the opportunity for jobs on the farm, working the farmers market booths and soon working our on site farmstand. We grow a variety of fruit, flowers and vegetables which are all organically grown just north of Arcata off the Mad River.
