About Al Williams & Son, Inc.
We have trees, flowering shrubs, and evergreens. We specialize in topiary. In 1963, Al Williams founded his nursery. He established his business after he saw the need for locally grown trees and shrubs in his landscaping business. Starting with only two acres and a few liners, Al’s nursery has evolved into one of the most productive Midwest wholesale nurseries. Al Williams & Sons Nursery currently covers over 550 acres specializing in high-quality shade and ornamental trees, conifers, flowering shrubs and evergreens. Our tree planting crews are very careful about staking each individual species to ensure optimal structure; besides, those growing taller than six feet are machine dug before being put into wire baskets lined with treated burlap.
