About Riley Farm
We raise our own beef and have a limited number to sell by the head or by the pound. They are grass and grain fed steers. Some are Wagyu cross, which means they have very fine marbeling and are quite tender. All our beef is lean; there is almost no fat left when browning a pound of any of our hamburger meat. All is grade choice or above. We sell by whole carcas, half or quarter and pay the processing. The cost is $2.35 per ound if you purchase a quarter, half or whole. That includeds steaks, roasts, briskets, hamburger as well as soup bones and liver. A half will weigh about 300 lbs. We also sell in smaller lots - from 25 to 100 lb boxes actual weight. Price varies depending on amount purchased. Each box contains about 40% hamburger, 30% steaks and 30% roasts. Delivery is available locally. Shipping is negotiable and at extra cost.
