The stunning scenery makes an excellent backdrop for this rotationally grazed, grass-fed and grass-finished beef operation. Alabama has long been known for good food and good people. Wide Open Spaces is a local, family-owned operation that seeks to honor this reputation and provide the best beef at the best price for you and your family. Wide Open Spaces seeks to uphold the agricultural traditions of days past while also bringing you high-quality, grass-fed, grass-finished beef that looks good, tastes good, and is good for you and your family. On average, grass-fed beef is lower in fat, higher in antioxidants, and higher in Omega-3s. Grass-fed beef is also better for the local environment you call home due to its ability to improve the soil with organic matter, aid in water filtration, and restore local habitats and ecosystems. As Christians, we believe it is our responsibility to be good stewards of the land God has provided us. Therefore, we seek to do more than sell a product. We aim to improve our natural environment for the betterment of the local community while also building relationships with our most important customer: YOU.
