Family-owned and operated Millstream Farms grows, packs and ships quality sweet potatoes which are available year-round. Owner Dr. Henry Chancy began farming sweet potatoes and tobacco in 1989. In 25 years, the operation now farms over 3,500 acres of land. With a Ph.D. in Soil Science, Chancy is able to adjust the fertilizer and chemical rates of the crops according to what the plants need.
