Pork: 15 varieties of sausage, bacon/side meat, pork belly, Canadian bacon, ribs, smoked pork steaks & ham, sliced (uncured) pork steaks, shoulder (butt) roasts, tenderloin, ground pork, necks, hocks and seasoning bones.
