We are a small family operated ranch located on 150 acres in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Because our ranch is a low volume high quality operation we are able to give attention to detail that you just can't find in large ranches. Our Wagyu cattle and Black Iberian hogs are raised in a healthy, low stress environment. We are proud to be BQA certified. Beef Quality Assurance certifies ranchers that follow their program. We also produce Wagyu beef tallow and lard soap as well as other products.
